Standing on Business Edition is a 13-week structured workforce readiness program designed to equip students with the practical skills, confidence, and professional mindset needed to succeed in interviews, job placements, and early career environments.

Through interactive workshops, real-world simulations, mentorship panels, and hands-on practice, students develop communication skills, professional etiquette, clarity in personal branding, and workplace confidence.

This program bridges the gap between classroom learning and workplace expectations, ensuring students don’t just apply for jobs but are prepared to earn and keep them.
